6.Cancellation of internship.

If the number of participants in an internship is equal to or less than 3, Paraglider Max reserves the right to move or cancel (and refund) this internship.

In case of cancellation of an internship by the participant, your deposit will be kept, regardless of the time, except in case of replacement by another participant having the prerequisites for the internship.

The unwarranted absence of the trainee at the beginning of his training, without information about his absence at less than 10 days from the beginning of the internship, he undertakes to pay Paraglider Max the full price of the internship. Any partial cancellation or early departure shall not entitle or have any reduction.

Bad weather: number of half-days missing will be counted, no refund. If you decide to discontinue your internship for personal (other than medical) reasons, the days not completed will be lost.
In case of a medical problem less than 1 month before the start date of the internship, or during the internship, upon presentation of a certificate of contraindication to the practice of paragliding, your deposit and the days not completed will be subject to an interest within the period of validity of one year (no refund).

Any reimbursement on the internships results in the loss of EUR 50 to cover bank, management and file charges.

The 5-day internships, from Monday to Friday, can be extended on Saturday or Sunday in case of bad weather during the week. The day of Saturday or Sunday if it is necessary to finish an internship, cannot be replaced by a day to have or be reimbursed, as well as the premature departure of a participant before the end of the internship.

Unvalidated days will be the subject of cash days or repayments.

7- Biplaces (Tandem)

Gift vouchers for two-seater flights are valid for 1 year and will be refunded in case of flight impossibility due to the weather over the duration of the passenger's stay (or stays) on that year of validity.

Reimbursement results in loss of 20€ Management fees.

In case of cancellation for personal reasons to the passenger, no refund will be granted before the end of validity date.

8- Content and charter of internships

Adaptability: During all its internships, Paragliding Max uses different types of sessions for your enjoyment and progress:

– Theoretical courses specific to your level (in room, with table + teaching tools)

– custom video debriefing on screen

– Ground piloting (inflating with small sails, or normal size depending on wind force)

– Pilot simulator on portico harness

– Small flights on school slope

– Large flights

Sites:
The choice of flight or inflation sites is based on the combined weather at the intern levels.
it is possible to move in a circle of Laragne, Courtet, Orcières and Chorges.
Nevertheless we have about ten sites less than 30km from Aspres-sur-Buëch

The coaching team reserves the right to adapt the sessions as best as possible, according to the educational objectives, the weather conditions, your own progress, and of course the safety of each.

Equipment
Paragliding Max provides all the necessary equipment throughout your training.

You can use your own equipment. Paragliding Max reserves the right to refuse equipment that does not meet the security criteria (standards and obligations of means).

In the event of damage to Paragliding Max's equipment by a trainee, on failure to comply with the instructions of the monitors, Paragliding Max reserves the right to charge the latter the total amount of the repair costs by an approved workshop.

Shop
Les produits proposés sont conformes à la législation française en vigueur et aux normes édictées par la FFVL délégataire du ministère des sports. La responsabilité de Parapente Max ne saurait être engagée en cas de non respect de la législation d’un autre pays.

Préparation de votre stage
Préparez-vous physiquement : être en bonne forme physique est un gage indéniable de sécurité. De plus, quelques sorties en marche rapide sur terrain de pleine nature feront le plus grand bien à vos chevilles.

Parapente Max s’engage à ne pas vendre, ne pas commercialiser, ne pas louer ni communiquer les informations vous concernant à des tiers. Si nous devions être victime d’un vol avéré de documents, que ce soit sur support papier ou informatique, contenant des informations vous concernant, Parapente Max déclinerait alors toute responsabilité quant à l’utilisation qui pourrait être faite des données vous concernant.

Litige – Médiation de la consommation LITIGE – MEDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION
En cas de litige entre le Client et l’entreprise, ceux-ci s’efforceront de le résoudre à l’amiable (le Client adressera une réclamation écrite auprès du Service Relations Clientèle du Constructeur ou celui du Vendeur).
A défaut d’accord amiable ou en l’absence de réponse du professionnel dans un délai raisonnable d’un (1) mois, le Client consommateur au sens de l’article L.133-4 du code de la consommation a la possibilité de saisir gratuitement, si un désaccord subsiste, le médiateur compétent inscrit sur la liste des médiateurs établie par la Commission d’évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation en application de l’article L.615-1 du code de la consommation.
